Loved the hotel's vibe near the cathedral! The room was clean and cozy, perfect after exploring the Christmas markets. Breakfast was decent too, though the seating got a bit cramped. A solid spot for a short stay.

Had a very nice stay during holidays, glad I've chosen it. The staff were all amicable, accommodating. Had very central location close to all the sightseeing in Strasbourg. It was minutes away from La Hache, where you can have dinner.

We liked fully renovated rooms and good food.
The stay was absolutely very nice. The staff was superbly friendly and absolutely friendly, they showed us what friendly service is supposed to be like. The breakfast was lovely and very very good, the check in was early.

Great breakfast, great location.
The cost is of course too high.

The location is excellent! In the middle of the center a stone's throw away from the minster.. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were immediately satisfied with all of our requests and all questions answered nicely. We felt comfortable in the hotel. We particularly liked the lobby (even if the style is certainly not for everyone: modern baroque meets African style.).
I don't know if we were just unlucky, but contrary to many reviews we had a real problem with the volume at night. Our room went out to the back on a rather quiet place. On both nights (we were there for a weekend) it was quite restless outside. Again and again some people roared like crazy until the wee hours of the morning, so that we always woke up or couldn't sleep at all. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work (according to staff, not yet in operation). In our attic room it got very warm when the window was closed. So either cool and loud or hot and reasonably quiet (with oropax ..), so that good sleep was not possible. If you book a room with air conditioning, it should also be usable. The bed was also a bit narrow for me (the "large double bed" was about 1.60 m), but that may be due to the region.

Cleanliness could use attention!!! There were issues with the air conditioning!!! The room size for comfort was cramped!!! Access to transportation felt convoluted and frustrating!!! WiFi struggled on higher floors!!!

The hotel is located in a beautiful pedestrian area just 100 meters from the cathedral. In the spacious reception area, people like to sit down again for a drink in the evening and let the day fade away. We had a room to the rear of the house, but it also points directly to a small, busy square. It was still quiet at night, despite the room being open. At 7 a.m. we were woken by the naturally loud bells of the cathedral - but we found it nice. Free tea and coffee is offered in the room, and a small bottle of drinking water is also offered free of charge. In our room there was a separate door between the bedroom and the small hallway, so that no noise penetrated from the hallway. The bathroom was big enough, a bathtub shower with a fixed glass pane, the shower hose was old and leaking, but the bathroom fittings were modern. It could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom, but okay so far. We smiled at the options "double bed or separate single beds". We were given the booked option "separate single beds", in fact, but it was two pushed together single beds with a large bed sheet and a large duvet over it. Room safe is available.
bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, was quite okay. unfortunately, they could not offer us white disposable slippers. We had the impression that the soundproofing to neighboring rooms is not that great, but luckily we had normal loud neighbors :). Old, leaky shower hose.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is
Unmatched, just steps away from the Cathedral and within walking distance of numerous dining options. The staff were supportive, and I appreciated the charming decor. Be prepared for the room sizes to be quite compact, especially if you're traveling with friends.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. Despite the hotel's location on a busy pedestrian street near the cathedral, the room was quiet and soundproofed. The mattress was also the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. We liked the hotel very much and plan to return there again.
The only thing that I would have changed about the room was the lighting, which made reading at night a bit difficult.

The hotel served gorgeous breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was good-sized and had climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel TV as pictured in advertising...
